Description

Framed by West's 11th and 12th fairways, 10 Berkeley Court is on a quiet cul-de-sac of just nine custom homes. Being surrounded by majestic live oaks, it makes a stunning first impression! Upon entry into the home, you're greeted by beautiful hardwood floors and a bright and welcoming interior. The new custom kitchen wows with a large island with seating for four. A wall of windows behind the casual dining and living areas showcases golf views by day and sunsets by evening. The primary retreat offers a newly remodeled bath, custom closet, private office, and a sitting area that could double as a workout space. Upstairs, two generous ensuite bedrooms flank a bonus living space with a fireplace, wet bar, and large porch overlooking 12 West and Hidden Lake beyond. Additional upgrades include a new roof, updated mechanicals, a remodeled hall bath, a wine closet, and a second private workspace off the kitchen. Homes on the sunset side of Berkeley Court rarely become available, as they offer views that are hard to tire of, so schedule your private showing to make this one yours!
